............................For the record, I coulda done the back bridge with my kids but someone had to take the picture. Mike joined us for Christmas which was great---he's easy company. Everyone got everything requested from Santa except for my time machine---maybe I'll have to be a little better this year.

So since when is it called a back "Bridge"? I always did back "bends". And sorry, I don't believe you! Hehe. Mike looks a lot the same! Put a more recent photo of you, silly! The only ones I have seen on your blog include a helmet! Family photo time!
I stand corrected. Back bends. I'll post a photo in my next blog....Basically I look the same but everything's thicker. Except my hair.
Actually the post 'I'm not Mike Score' is a recent picture---it was up at the Butler II fire in Big Bear
I'm not even going to attempt a back bend. I was good at it when I was 10. We used to rock on our stomachs holding our ankles back then...
I'm glad Mike was there to visit with you. It always adds to have friends/family present. I like that.
Of course, we kind of have that right now with Trevor home from college... Next week, their cousin Daniel will be coming to visit too.
A quick Google image search to show that back bridge is what they are doing.
It seems to work like this. Gymnastics, back bend.
Wresting, back bridge.
